In our 25,000 square foot, state-of-the-art shop facility, we have 2 CNC router tables and a sheet roller that can custom roll ACM in lengths up to 12 feet. Using current industry technology, we meet fabrication deadlines on time and with extreme accuracy and precision. In addition to providing fabrications services in the United States, we have also completed custom orders as far away as Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, and South America.
Using advanced 3D digital laserscanning technology, we create highly accurate 3D models for ACM prefabrication. Once panel designs are incorporated into the 3D models, individual panels can be fabricated within 1/32 of an inch. This e extremely precise measuring process nearly eliminates errors and helps provides a faster turnaround time for your project.

Guernsey's professional installation crews are ready to complete any job, regardless of project size or location. We have completed projects as far north as Maryland and as far west as Texas. Our installation crews are trained not only in the handling and installation of aluminum composite systems, but in on-the-job safety as well. All installers have scissor & boom lift training, and each crew leader is OSHA 30- hour certified. We are confident our jobs will be completed safely and effectively.
